Visitation Guidelines

We have established these guidelines in order to protect the health, safety and well-being of everyone in our facility. Here are some of our basic visitation policies:

• All visitors must read the confidentiality statement and sign the agreement.
• All visitors will obtain and wear a visitor badge each time they visit.
• All visitors must provide the patient ID number and a photo ID (driver’s license or school ID, 16 and older) to be able to attend visitation.
• Adolescent patients may only have visitors on the approved visitation list (and only with an approved adult).
• Visitors for adolescent units must be 12 or older. Please do not leave minors unattended
• Visitors for adult units must be 18 or older.
