Behavioral Health Programs for Adolescents

Life can be a difficult journey, and sometimes people need to reach out for guidance and intervention along the way. Highlands Behavioral Health System offers adolescent treatment programs dedicated to serving those individuals with mental health issues, emotional and mood disorders, behavior problems and secondary substance abuse issues in a confidential environment. Our psychiatric care is designed to promote crisis resolution, positive self-awareness, coping skills and personal growth.

Adolescent treatment options include acute stabilization, partial hospitalization and an intensive outpatient program. These programs offer intensive therapy, crisis stabilization and counseling services at different levels of care to accommodate the severity of each patient’s condition. We work with each patient to create a unique “road map” based on their individual needs and situation. All adolescent programs take place in a secure, confidential environment under the guidance and support of our dedicated staff.
