24/7 Assessments and Referrals

Highlands Behavioral Health System’s clinical team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to schedule confidential, no cost assessments and answer questions. Assessments may be scheduled at any time, and walk-ins are always welcome.

During the assessment, a licensed therapist or registered nurse will identify problems and match your needs with the appropriate level-of-care. Treatment costs are covered by most health insurance plans. Co-pay amounts may vary depending on plan benefits. If you do not have insurance, we will consult with you about available financial options.

Our admission department is staffed by caring, licensed professionals. You can schedule an assessment or refer a patient anytime at 720-348-2800. Please call for the most immediate response. Prior Authorization for Medication forms should be faxed to 720-348-2840 for review.  Please call 720-348-2612 for questions regarding discharged patient prescriptions.
